Problem Statement
The Challenge:
- Delta faced inefficiencies in managing devices, including inventory tracking, repair monitoring, and real-time device usage visibility.
- Manual processes led to lost devices, delays, rising costs, and incomplete repair updates.
Objective:
Design a mobile-first solution that:
- Simplifies tracking of User-role device sign-ins and sign-outs.
- Centralizes inventory and repair status updates through a dashboard interface.
- Provides seamless check-in/check-out workflows to optimize operational efficiency.
Research
User Research:
- Conducted interviews with Delta employees in IT, operations, and repair teams to identify pain points and user needs.

- Manual tracking caused increased delays and lost items.
